In the event of a flawed item we will either refund or send out a new item. You'll be required to email detailed images tocontact@devotionforjesus.comwithin 10 days of receiving order, of said product and packaging for the company's record and determination if a refund or new item is in order. Mugs and Tumblers should be hand-washed to extend their life. Blemish sale items are final sale - except in the event that a mug arrived broken.
